Kumazawa Kanetoshi Gendaito WW2 Japanese Officer's Katana (sold)

A very good original polish gendaito bladed WW2 Japanese officer's katana, Kumazawa Kanetoshi, NO Seki stamp.

A 26 inch gendaito blade by recognized gendai swordsmith Kumazawa Kanetoshi. The blade clearly attests this is one of the few traditionally made Showa blades in Shin Gunto mounts, as does the lack of a Seki or other arsenal stamp.

In very good original condition, a few small slight rubbed blemishes to the blade, the locking pin missing (these do come up for sale on eBay every so often). Well worth the purchase price. Further / full sized images upon request. My item reference number is 732 (287)
