Early Napoleonic Consulat Period French Infantry Officer's Sword for sale

A Trafalgar era (Consulat period) French infantry officer's sword

Bought by me in England, this is most likely a war / battle trophy bought home during the early Napoleonic wars

The 30 inch blade with maker's mark to the spine and still clear etching both sides is firm in the hilt. The hilt in overall good order, the grip having lost its grip wire and some leather.
