French Model 1882 Infantry Officer's Sword For Sale

Nice example of the French 1882 pattern infantry officer's sword, with scabbard.

Made in July 1893, this 1882 model French infantry sword is enscribed and proof marked to the ricasso; though wear from drawing the sword many times. Everything in generally good / sound condition though the blade with some rust patches and the grip a little worn and without its twisted wire. The 86.5 cm blade firm in hilt.
